About Me

Originally from New York, I worked in the corporate arena utilizing my business management degree before pursuing massage therapy as a career.  I attended Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington DC and graduated in January 2003.

A skilled listener, I enjoy getting to know my clients concerns before crafting their massage with a blend of Swedish, deep tissue, sports, heated stone and neuromuscular therapies. I have worked with sports teams on injury prevention and recovery, and with individuals on pain relief, optimum performance, and lowering personal best times.  The techniques that make up "Sports Massage" are effective with all types of injuries, including back and neck pain, chronic pain, and loss of Range of Motion.  Others see me weekly to combat mental fatigue and better cope with stress.

I have presented at workshops and training seminars such as Stress Reduction and Pain Relief and Swing Relief: Massage for Golfers.  I continue to enhance my skills and knowledge with continuing education and active participation as a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.  I am licensed to practice massage in Maryland.
